I have duel2 of my freinds that are both Master TK Master Swordsman.. With out using any dot weapons I seem to hold my own very well with no big drop in any stat. We where all buffed and full on food and drink in both duels after about 15 minutes and no sign of any of use dropping we stopped the duel. There is a certain proffession that I want to bet but not sure how do it and that is a CM.. If I use a good mind dot on him and keep him KD do you think this is possible before my own mind goes do to poison from him. Also I have a looted helmet that has poison ressistance on it +8 will that help and does it even work.. Any replys will be helpful thx

If the resists on that helmet are as good as the resists on your normal helmet then i would say why not, but if its not then i really wouldn't bother as your Helmet is probably the most important piece of armour!
