Pretty nice Energy lance. I think I heard of one that was just over 500 max though once.. but I never saw pics. There are a lot in the 450-range, though that's top-end so yours is right up there. Even without adding the DOTs to it, you should hit the damage cap for an NSEL or come very close to it. My 325-max NSEL converted to 850-max damage.
