One option I see is to taunt have a timer, ie. let's say you tant a mob, the mob stays on you for 30 secodns because of the taunt and doesnt go after anyone else no matter the damage it's being given from other players.

I don't know if this is popular but I actually love the "ghost" thingies for intimidate!

Make Warcry decrease speed more. I'm happy with intimidate.
Give status effects aggro bonuses. Dizzy, Intimidate, Warcry, Stun, Overwhelm Shot, etc. should allpull much more aggro than they currently do. Doing this would make aggro a lot easier than it currently is while still keeping it interesting.

Warcry now last only 15 seconds. It needs to last at least 30 seconds. Otherwise it'd be useless becuz you hit someone 4 times and have to reapply, which lowers your dps too a minimum.

I like the new changes to Warcry. It does seem a bit short, but I'm just glad that it's effective now. I can actually see a difference in the enemy's attack speed!

I agree, in PVP last night against a buddy of mine I told him before I applied it and had him keep an eye on his skill recharge speed. He said it was making them go a lot slower!
