Honestly. HONESTLY! Why play the game at all? Oh wait, you are probly a holo pikeman. I hope you never get your FS slot.

I have found a text in the net which describes why the people are grinding professions AFK.

"It is possibly the dumbest possible system they could have used to unlock the Jedi slot. Who was sitting up in the SOE towers and thought that "Yeah, the players will really enjoy it if we continuously make them learn new skills and then drop them, learn new skills and then drop them, and then learn new skills and then drop them." What the fu.. kind of idea is that? Can no one there come up with an actual creative process? I don't really vividly recall Luke grinding Master Droid Engineer, Master Dancer and Pikeman before bumping into Obi-Wan and finding out he was force sensitive."

Maybe it means nothing for all the people who enjoy to flame to someone that is just reacting to the current situation but for me is the real truth.

i'm going to dump master pikeman the day after i get it. what a waste. i feel sorry for you guys. you must not have any idea how fun it is to play a real fighting profession. i suggest you make an alt, and discover the outside world in swg.

You have not even tried it! It is not a waste, it is not that bad off. It cannot be a waste when you can get hits of 13k-17k with *averages* of 3-4 hits on light-medium armored mobs. Before you bounce around sounding like a complete idiot anymore than you already have, try it. There have been many holo-pikemen who have stated that it is much more fun than other professions, BH, pistoleer, etc. It is a real fighting profession. Cut through rancors like butter, bleed things to death you should have no business getting close to, dizzy+KD an entire room of tusken raiders. Tell me that cannot be fun, or *real* fighting.

I suggest you actually try it out all the way to master, then you can say what you want. Until then, shut up about it, you don't have the experience to say anything about it.

You silly man, a waste?

In a large group I save my comrades azzes when ever the CH is too slow to react. I could tank a lil bit pre-update, and a lot better post. Plus I'm no where near master. A real fighting class? You mean like the ones that I need to step in between when the goin gets rough cuz real fighting means they're left with no HAM? Or do you classify real fighting as, bleed, warning shot, auto, warning shot, (add) warning shot, (oops no HAM left) burst run. Ok, now sit here and let em bleed awhile. "Whew, what a fight."

Idiot, anyone see this guy camping AFK take his kills.

Ohh, btw? How are you planning on being able to fight with a 'jedi' if you can't figure out how to use the most damaging meele class in the game?

There comes a time in every mans life when 86 years is just too damn long...

I am not a holo piker, and I dropped 1224 BH to become one - and I am having a lot more fun as a pikeman. And the moves look cooler too. "play a real fighting profession" my @#$.
