me and two friends took her out master swordsman master doc/tka and me 3042 pikeman it took awile a long while 
but we took out the whole cave including her got 9 identicall vb units.

I have soloed her.
Currently I'm a Master Rifleman, Master Swordsman, Fencer 4400 and Medic 1000
It took quite a while to do, and I was in a rush as I had a class coming up soon. The first time I went down she was all alone, I started to concealshot, well, her little bodyguards spawned, luckily she didn't aggro me, so I get aggroed by 2 protectors, I pull out my trusty power hammer, and proceed killing them. I finish off the spawn of protectors, I go back down towards the bottom, and the protectors spawn again. Gah!! Its a trap! I get the 3 that aggro me off, and decide to try a new approach, I shoot Axkva, she aggroes me this time, along with the 2-3 protectors left, but wouldn't you know it, the others spawn again, so here I am trying to lead this huge mass of crazed witches out of the cave so I have more manuvering room. For some reason I haven't figured out, Axkva gets sidetracked and refuses to come outside to play, I'd left my speederbike convinently parked outside, so after I see her start walking back to her cozy cabin I burstrun out, hop on my speederbike and lose as many protectors as I can, after the aggro is gone, I come back to the entrance of the cave, 2 protectors are left there, I finish them off, and proceed back to the bottom. I'm not even careful this time, I shoot her, and immediately turn around running away, spamming headshot3 the whole way out the cave. By the time I'm outside I have her plus 4-6 protectors on me. I have knocked off about 50k mind so far (she was at about 430k to begin with). I proceed to hop on my speederbike and fly around hoping to lose aggro, 2 protectors drop off, *whew* breathing a little easier now after a couple minutes of flying around, she is finally alone. I dismount my speederbike and start using headshots on her as she nears I switch to my trusty power hammer, and do the CoB intimidate opening that I'mknown for. I'm doing alright, but thinking to myself this will take forever. I get armor holed, luckily she was intimidated, and it was only around 1500 points. I clear out my queue and use warcry, I heal up, CoB intimidate again, then another heal, she starts attacking again. Bleed, 2 handed head hit 3, after about 15 seconds I get armor holed again. I manage to get the warcry on her again, heal up and this time turn to my speederbike parked right next to me. I start flying around, keeping distance and trying to work out a gameplan, by this time I know where other aggro is, and I know getting on a hill and engaging is death.
I decide to pull out my rifle, I am about 70m away from her, I dismount.I get about 20 or so shots in, then she gets on top of me again. I switch to my power hammer warcry, CoB and mount my bike again, I put about 70m between us again, dismount more headshots. I repeat this process a few times, and *finally* one time she decides she's tired of running after me and is walking. I get about 50-60 headshots in this time, once she picks up the pace its back on to the speederbike 70m out headshot 3. I repeat this another 3 times I believe this time she gets pissed, I'm nailing her with headshot 3, by this time she is down to about 125k ham, she's decided she's tired of my cheap tactics and immediately goes towards my speederbike, I see this, hop on real quick and just when I think I'm safe, POOF, disabled. Luckily after doing that she's in the take my sweet time to get anywhere mode. I keep running around her in circles, headshot3, my burstrun is now recharged, I've decided to use it only if necessary, and if need be will switch to my sword to *hopefully * finish her off. After several minutes of headshot 3 while she is stuck in the walk around mode, she finally hits the ground. I walk over to her, double click, I looted something! The anxiousness is about to kill me, I open my inventory, and see a nightsister lance. I frown. I examine it just for kicks, 24-465, wow, considering most are 7-133 thats not a bad loot. And after having lost a speederbike and soloing Axkva Min I'm as high as a kite.

Bottom of the cave at the nightsister stronghold........just a forewarning -- more NS's spawn when you get close to her.

yeah was there at server reset this moring with 3 others. we cleared the cave and no Axkva

there was 2 of her in the bottom of the cave when I went there and she was lvl 90 and the NS didn't aggro me for some reason and I have -5k faction with them

Yeah, make sure to /target axkva before heading down there, just to make sure shes there.
Me and 2 other friends killed her the other day. One was master defender, other one was MBH, and I didn't have much combat skills at the time, I was just there for the badge

I was there last night....I think she is on a timer, but not sure. Best thing to do is TAB through all the rancors and NS's down there and see if she is there before heading in....or just cloak in.

I thought she was 85.....at least thats what I saw last night fighting her...

It used to be that she only spawned at restart .. I thought it was still this way.
