I just picked up a sweet NightSister Lance. Speed was 3.5 or so, 80-480 damage, +7 range mods, low ham (can't remember exactly), and TWO DOTs on it. One was a Mind disease, around 50 strength, 1200s duration, 75% potentency. The other was an action poison, 180 str, 200s duration, 94% potentency. I'm quite happy with it, just need to get a slice
