Thread: How i have been successful a few times in pvp since master pikeman without using Dots.

Your original post is fine, and is effective in a controlled duel. Many people here simply have a different definition of PvP, which is where the arguments came from. Personally, I consider PvP to be comprised mostly of random encounters between one overt and an opposing overt (or overts). Obviously in such situations you can't really demand that the other person take their armor off.
There are cases where you can win in PvP without DoTs for sure. But the hardcore overt PvPers running around are rarely going to fall to a DoTless pikeman.

This is my guide to wininf dules with creature handler 100% of the time!!!
Since creatures suck in pvp the only way to win is if your opponent goes afk for the duration of the duel. So make it a rule for him nto to be at his keyboard. Also since creatures do damg againt high kinetic comp, make sure they dont have it equiped, or use your own comabt profession to do the dmg. Just follow these steps and you'll ahve people wondering why creature handler isnt a Fotm!!!111
