Well - with all my foods and drinks freshly scoffed down, and all armoured upI've been able to slowly whittle down one SBD at a time by myself. Ittakes a long time, and a number of powerups. My toon also doesn't have and medic skills either - so I depend on the various foods/skills for avoiding or mitigating damage to keep me in the fight longer.

While its currently possible for me to solo a SBD - its notpractical.

Its only a question of time until other less threatening creatures begin spawning in again in the Death Watch Bunker, and the time it takes for me alone to take on an SBD, I can ill afford on the Corvette.

While lesser monsters/NPCs are not that threatening unto themselves - left alone they can quickly become a threat. As you can't afford to "leave" the SBD alone to deal with the underlings....and as using areaattacks towork on both the SBD and any underlings at the same time might make a bad situation worse - you can see what I mean by [for me] soling an SBD is possible - but not practical.

Anyhow - from my perspective, what I was looking for were tips which might help me make better use of my weapons and specials with respect to SBDs.

While the group that I usually hang with have their ownprofessions and templates andbring other skills to the table, most of them are (damage wise) not suited to take on SBDs by way of exploiting their "suceptability" to Electricity.

That said - they're doing more to help tank and distract the thing while I'm trying to make some headway by inflicting some meaningfuldamage on the thing.

In the abscence of a Bounty Hunter and his Light Lighting Cannon to help me - the bulk of the job falls on me to pull off, and I figure I can use about every advantage there is out there to make the job of dropping a SBD faster - since time really is a precious commodity in the areas where SBDs are found.

Thanks again for your guys input - very helpful.
