Pretty much comes down to if you want a high damage LVA you have 3 choices
1) Hunt NS that are Protector/Spellweaver or less. Chance to get a decent fire pike about 1 a week at best. EXTREMELY rarely will you get a high damage LVA i.e. only a 600-700 damage.
2) Hunt NS Elders. Need to get a group for this most likely. Chances alot better to get a high damage lva or a good mind fire pike.
3) Buy one from your trade forums.

All looted weapons have 750 condition or less, lier!

then just regular stat pikes no mind poison and mind fire over 290 strgth no lower than 50pot but almost the same states as X's NSEL... dont flame me

It cant be a coincidence that all these weapons have the same overall condition(other than the action fire which has obviously been repaired), being750.

Exceptional and Legendary can have a higher condition.

If that is true then why dont those two exceptional weapons have more condition than 750?

Your lieing right through your teeth, ALL looted weapons except the black metal gaffi have 750 max condition.

hovis this is shosci my character on shadowfire has all that stuff and i really got those and i knew as soon as i told someone what i had i would have got flamed jeez just cause some people get lucky dont mean to flam
