fencer 0004 is for bind attack, not bleed. accuracy also.

drop m brawler and get more tier 4 skills

If you dropped Fencer and took up Swordsman xxx4 you wouldn't loose any accuracy at all since that tree has the same accuracy mods in it, so you'll just loose Binding Strike & Bleed. I never used Binding Strike myself, so I don't know how useful it is, but I do know that Imp Critical Strike would definately be worth it.

Now when i think of it agian, that might be better. thanks. Will feel pretty dumb when i grind up the combat xp needed as that was the branch i dropped for fencer 0004 hehe.

I support locking those who supports building NGE ontop of SWG in a dark dark room, deep deep underground

Well, from what I've read in other threads, just because a build is <CL 80 isn't necessarily a bad thing. Supposedly some of them will completely tear up a CL80 in PvP. I guess it comes down to whether you're talking about PvE or PvP.
