I have to agree with Romeoisdead. Being only two levels away from mastering Pikeman, I too have decided to pack it in.First I had to overcome the sadness of giving up my original career goal, and then the grief and misery knowing that I worked and spent countless hoursover the last 2 monthsgetting there, all for naught. Now it has beenfour days and I must say once Iembraced my career change I am having the same fun as I did in month one. Nevermind the factthatat level 3 pistol or carbine I feelthat I could have kicked my former selfs butt! Only problem is knowing my luck once I get to where to where I want to be (commando...I know,don't say it) they will probably nerf that and maybe give pike there day in the sun. (which unfortunately will be nerfed back to it's pathetic state in time).

I would like to add that it was not becasue of the KD timer, for I never used it. Didn't realize how good it was until I started reading about the incoming nerf and figured I see what all the fuss was about. Rather it is our wimpy toughness, the fact we hit air more than our target, and the fact that we should be able to keep all other melee classes out of our face with the fictional superior range of our choosen weapon. How is it possible that a TK with vibroknucklers has virtually the same range as me with my LVA? Now i'm starting to get mad again just thinking about the injustices we have faced for the past 2 and a half months. I guess since I am changing careers I should just let it go.

To all those who are going to stick this profession out, I salute you, and hope that you are rewarded by having these issues fixed.

well i hear you guys i just dropped master brawler its not worth much now days with lunge 2 being knockdown nerfed with the rest of are sweeps.Im holding on to pike for the moment but at the rate there nerfing us i dont see me lasting it out..... may jus change games hate to start over after all the grinding to get here

well to all expikers i say i feel your pain hope you take it easy on us pikers and let us kill you sometime so we dont feel so worthless in your new professions
