Sal! Hey man! Nice to laugh at you, I mean see you again! COMON man, I know there are messed up professions. I know there are many things in the game that need to be fixed. I play it too. I AM NOT MAD AT THE DEVS! THey do their job, and I've been a programmer, it's hard and takes a while. GIVE THEM TIME! BE wasn't the only prof that got fixed.. I played TKM, that was busted, got fixed, Commando at beginning of game was busted, might have been a little to OVER fixed, (and i've played it too). Let's see, Smuggler, DE, and Chef, yeah, they need some love, but we all have issues with our professions. But hmmm, lemme think bout it.. Least I don't get childish and start actually attacking the Devs and making statements I know aren't true of them. Have faith, if I felt like you did, I wouldn't be playin the game, things just take time....

no, we shouldn't have to do these things. I was just trying to help you get around them, for now.

So much negativity from those born and breed in combat. Just out of curiosity Gunman, you said that range got thrown out the window cause ALL specials were increased to 10m. Then why can't I hit more than one creature with an AOE attack unless they're all within 3m of me? I mean is that 10m thing comulative or what? And AOE attacks need a target to even use, I supply a target that's 5m away and i'll never even hit him, but i'll hit the guy that's 3m.. I just find the whole "specials 10m" thing odd, when my ham takes so much abuse from them that i'm forced to stand at 3m with a STICK to use my base attack and hope to live.

Also, Marshal, I agree, block should delay us a bit, or damage our weapon, however should prevent damage. Though i've personally yet to see my Pixels "block" anything, it would be nice to know what the effect of it were.

Oh, and Salahsur, to assume that the Dev's know nothing about pike is just that, and assumption. They spent a while writing in the code for it to even exist, so don't be childish about it and say they'll never fix it because they don't know it exists. Before Pike I was a Bio Engineer, have been on for over 3 months, and I started it when NOTHING worked, now BE'd pets are the best and I loved it. I just figured it was time to do something else, and I like pike. Believe me, they'll get around to it. With bug fixes, keeping people interested, and general repair on what 60 some professions, and oh, having to deal with schmucks like you, I am willing to wait. Till then, it's just nice to have a voice.

Though all that is good advice, i'm merely two boxes from master, and have those problems. I never use a weapon that isn't sliced for speed simply because DOT is better than thatwhich I get inone brute hit. Dueling, i'll duel anyone, win lose draw, I just think it's fun. And I don't buff, use drugs (muon, pixie) and I never eat. I'm sorta a glutton for punishment. OH, and you say that our AOE attacks hit at 6m.. I've never had one hit over 3 and I stand in the middle of the freakin circle man, maybe you're just a taller char (don't think it matters, but maybe sumthin is wrong with me).

I have tested all of these while myself and opponetnt were standing still.
