Pikeman Archive

Went there last night, no problems at all. I made it to the bottom fully buffed on foods. Had a master smuggler, master pistoleer, 2 master heavy swordsman. I was doctor/near master pikeman. Easy until the acklay... and somehow pandemonium insued.

Pike is great for the gen lab, just play it steady, be armoured, buffed, drunk on brandy, and watch your HAM for chrissakes! At master, you have badass area specials that you should be using, to keep your foes stunned, and on the floor. If you are serious about pike, go hunt some Nightsisters and load up on pikes so that you can slap disease/poison/fire on the bastards in the entranceway. Have a good loot macro ready to keep your downtime to a minimum.

And bring friends, especially TKA's and docs. If all goes well ,you will need them just to help hold all the good stuff you find. The genosians are a cakewalk, it's just those Kwi's that are cruel and nasty.

The AOE bug was to blame. I fed them their own medicine with my T21. 5 StrafeShot2's dropped the guys at the entrance and the second spawns........lol. I stopped right there, it was no fun. I'll wait until they fix the AOE bug

So what is special about that place anyway? Are there good Pikeman or brawler drops in there?
