I dont know, I am out of points and will not give up my ability to heal bleeds with first aid in order to heal mind wounds. By the time I need to heal mind wounds my buffs have worn off and I go through my "cleansing" routine. Cantina, medics then rebuff. Still dont think med 4 is worth it. I could probably do without First Aid and just use stims but what if I get a mind bleed? I am doomed!! Med 4 will only be good then after I DIE from that bleed. If I give up first aid I will probably finish the sword def line and get another 5 points to melee and ranged defense and 15 to def vs kd. That would give me def vs KD at 105. I think that would be better. The fact I have to go to a cantina is of no concern.

See thats the thing -

At meditation IV - you can roll off disease/poison/bleeds.

The only disadvantage to that is that it is done outside of combat (where the bleed CAN become a factor) - however - in my opinion, the strengths of powerboost/forceofwill/rolloffs far outweighs that of the First Aid skill.

I guess you really have to decide whats more important.

I roll off disease, poison and bleeds now with Meditate 2.
