It hasn't been stated if it is a WookiEE only weapon yet.
Personally, I agree with annelid0 in that it will be similar to the Ryyk Blade (only I hope not as crappy)

MAN that lance looks cool! As soon as it comes out and Glawk (our guild weaponsmith) makes one, I'm buying one!

We dont have any confirmation on this yet. I didnt see any weapons in the patch notes nor have they told us to expect any....
Also, they posted that it's spelled Kashyyk, when I beleive it's Kashyyyk...

i really hope thats a master pike.. we really need masteronly weapons asthey stated they were doing.... and not a master pike that involves killing 245 GDKs to get a scale needed for its handle...
however aside from DoTs.. this also means more people will pick up pikemen... i mean seriously.. how many heavy swordsman were there before the Scythe?

Looks like only a Wookie weapon to me, didn't see any screenshots of any other species holding it

It is supposed to be Kashyyyk, but in the filenames themselves it's referred to as wp_mle_lance_kashyyk_bladestick

Certainly the devs are'ntdense enough to make a new weapon for us and then limit it to one race. *Nervous laugh* Right?

In reality nobody's holding it. These haven't been made, someone did a texture swap. Even if someone was really holding one, it would only mean Wookiees aren't precluded from using it, not that they're the only ones who can.
Don't get your hopes up on this being a weapon in pub 10 anyway. There are texture files in the patch, but there don't appear to be any schematics at this time.
