Thread: Who here is NOT a holocron pikeman?
me = teh true pikeperson, anyone else get mad when they make a message called "holocron told me to be pikeman plz have pity on me" or some craps like that? GOD why cant they just **edit** instead of cluttering the board with those. they COULD just go to ONE OF THE OTHER posts like that or just look for the info on REAL posts. i have no respect for them.

I know of at least one other on Flurry. He is quite mad I tell you, MAD... but, I digress.
I've been a Pikeman since day one, and currently Master.
But, I do plan to relinquish my skills soon for the time being and grind away at some other professions, (to gain perspective, and maybe a FSCS in the process).
But first, I am going to horde as much Pike xp as I can before relinquishing any skills, because I fully intend to return to Pikeman when I am done.

Though uh... Im still a brawler.
pikeman since day one.. knew iw anted to be pike from the beggining.. and reached master.. then 2 weeks ago got a holocron cause of my badass-ness as a master pikeman (yes we still have many issues..but i still think we are so badass!!) and told me to master Image design. had to drop all my medcis skills and most of my pike skills sides my support line and novice pike not giving pike up that easy. also have a master doc friend who hunts with me all the time to help with my non medic skills problem. once and if i ever get jedi going to fix my caharcter back to his pikeness splender!!
yes went the holo route..but still pikeman!!
I am one of those Holocron Pikeman...but that doesn't make me a whiner...I do think however that the pikeman do hoards of damage but the weapon is a little slow. But the speed issuemay change a little as I progress through the ranks. I was actually very happy when I saw the "you must master pikeman". I was ecstatic that i didn't have to master chef. I was a melee person anyways I was working on TKA.

Non-holo pikeman. I'm a pike(wo)man and have no intention of changing professions.
I have met a good number of holocron pikemen on my server and most are very nice and, although they do not plan to keep pikeman, playing one has given them new perspective and respect for those of us who do play it as our permanent profession. I suspect those who some to the boards and complain are either in a minority or are truly trying to help us out by noting that we could use some help.
Gotta love those new, red lines we get with specials...must be somone's idea of a fix. *cough**laugh*cough*
