I've gotten some decent xp at the Narglatch cave just south of Moenia. I generally get about 500 xp per kill, and that's when I'm with several other heavy hitters. When there's less of us, I generally get about 1300.

get a good weapont, thats the most important part.
Then just look for some missions. Easy way to find anything equal for your skill.
