At first I loved my Lance, big hits compaired to my balance combat staff yadda yadda.

AND it SHOWED a faster time in the examine of about .5 differance faster.

Yet I am back to my staff, because, even though it examines as .5 slower then the Lance, it actually swings faster compaired to it. This must be a bug I figure.

I don't have much time to play, what with work and college, however I am looking for a slicer, resonably priced to slice the lance speed for me. I don't mind 1-3k but more then that is too much for my pocket book. So, any slicers on Chalistra in Tat read this send my an email or tell!! Thanks

The low minimum damage is what hurts the lance the most imo. The polearm's speed means that every hit has to be high damaging, but if you get hits in the 50-250 range, it's almost as bad as a miss.

weird it randomly posted. If the metal pole was craftable, I'd probably buy that. Maybe the reinforced staff....

If your polearm speed before slice is not in the 4's or lower dont buy it but that may depends on your server. I play on chilastra and these are some of the polearms I have.

71-262 as 3.4 ham 52/76/25 sliced for speed
Long vibro axe
105-424 as 4.9 ham 81/64/25 sliced for damage

68-249 as 3.6 ham 48/70/23 sliced for speed

84-337 as 3.7 ham 81/64/25 sliced for speed i believe

70-257 as 4.4 ham 52/75.26 unsliced

Now I had a good basic lance that had a higher damage and was faster than some unsliced Vibro lances I own not to mention better accuracy and HAM costs but it was lost in a repair so can't list the stats it just had a lower min damage.
