Am I the only person who really likes traps? I always use them. In fact, trapping was the first tree I completed.

I can see why people have woes trying to get trapping XP, but it really isn't HARD. Just throw a trap at every creature you attack. Heres whatI do: I set up camp, make a few camps, make a whole bunch of whatever trap I am using at the time, and when I'm at full health and done crafting for the time, I disband the camp. I go to a creature, throw a trap, kill it, harvest it, repeat. When I'm low on health and/or traps, I set up camp and start again.

What Im trying to say is, trapping XP is by no means difficult to get. It is definetely the easiest to get.

And BTWm in case you haven't noticed already, the amount of trapping XP is equal to the amount of Scouting XP you get from harvesting the same animal. So if you're raking in scouting XP on a certain animal, trap it also.

The best thing to do is find some lairs that give lots of critters (like nightspiders), unequip your weapon and keep on lobbing 'em. That's the best way to do it.
