Master Healers are very easy to deal damage to with a 1k+ dmg pike...

Basically you want to keep him stated at all times, if he's constantly healing it then that's good. There's a slight delay when they heal their states which give you the upper hand of dealing dmg to him. Keep him intimidated then go for the KD/Dizzy immeditately afterwards. If he was difficult to hit then invest in some accuracy tapes... if that's not an option then look for citros snow cake food, that improves your accuracy. If he's hard to kd... then he's got some brains and popped a thak. It's difficult to get through that, go for the lunge instead of sweep. Thak only adds to defense vs kd, not against lower posture change (down). Keep that dizzy on him, if he does it right, he'll stay kneeling and heal the dizzy before trying to stand back up. If not, he'll fall down if he tries to move or do anything else.
As one poster stated before... pikeman has the offense and not the defense. Just like a jedi IMO, you are to get the upper hand on him and keep him from hitting you as much as possible. Invest in synthsteak and protein wafers as well to reduce the damage from his saber. Just keep practicing... you won't win every time, but you will win some.

Interesting read... thanks to those that have contributed.
I sure hope that with the CU they explain each move in detail so players can study them and best decern a proper strategy.

My pvp toolbat is setup like so
Area2
Sweep2
Leghit3
Hit3
Intim
Warcry
Misc Foods
Area 2 to stick the dizzy and stun, throw in a 3 sweeps. If 3 wont get em down hit with hit 3 till they kneel, then go back to area2.
Who said get em KD then spam hit3? Rofl that'll just pop em back up.
