Umm. There are 33 professions and hundreds of items to address for each one. There is a lot going on here and its important enough to me to be working 12 hours later than I started this morning....

I had absolutely NOTHING to do with the placement of "P" in the alphabet

bump that number up to 751.. I've been content letting you guys be my voice on the boards for the past 2 months ive been reading, as youve been doing an excellent job, but i too am losing my patience. Ive watched too many friends master their professions while i whiff slowly behind them. Im tired of taking other entire trees merely so i can make my pikeman functional. Dont get me wrong, itrulyenjoy the concept of the classand imtrying to see it through to the end, butyou can only be ignored for so long. At least pretend you remember we exist in the patches, jeebus. Good luck on the quest for attention folks, youll be hearin from me again.

actually I saw a master pikeman...people were joking that they were taking screenshots to prove it when they tell the story that they saw a master pikeman...sadly I don't think they were joking

Yeah, every now and then, lately more often, I get people who say "Wow! a master pikeman" then they make some crack about being slightly more popular than jedi or "almost extinct"...eh. Fine with me, I like beinga memberof a small group who really enjoy their profession.

This is a shame, Pikeman don't even get listed in the notes. So far though this is what they gave all the melee....

TKAget all what the other 3 melee's have, More accuracy, more def modifiers (melee - ranged), and way more damage.

Fencer get more Dodge, More accuracy,increased dizzy,kd, pos changedef, greatly increased melee and ranged.

Swordsman get morecounterattack, More accuracy, and more stun (like it's gonna actually work)

Pikeman get more Block, More Accuracy, and no other increase.....

It is better than nothing, but if you look at it

TKA rules once more getting what we got and more, plus more damage more defense and more accuracy.

Hip hip hooray for an already whoop azz class. Very nice way to make it all balanced....

Guys, if i remember correctly pikeman has improvements on TC like other classes. I think TH forgot to post them in patch notes.

TH: The time for levity about completely and totally broken professions is about two months passed. Your company has been charging people money to play professions that you have known since beta were completely broken and we are wondering how long you are going to continue that practice. Yes, we know that most all of the many professions in the game have major things wrong with them and that there is no semblance of combat or economic balance in the game, but we also know that that is the fault of the game designers and the people that decided to launch when they did. It is way past time for glaring profession problems that were reported at length in beta to be fixed and you should not expect anyone to be satisfied with witticisms or delaying tactics.

Pikeman is the least played profession for a reason, any chance that the devs will care what those reasons are? Let me rephrase that, any chance that the devs will care enough about what those reasons are to do something about them?

I thought the post was TH made wa clear. He has no responsibility for placement of P in the alphabet. Umm BH and CH start with um B and C. Cmon give the guy some time. Like he said there are many professions. AND he did JUST get the job like couple weeks ago. I can understand that you may be frustrated because it is YOUR profession that you are concerned with not anyone else's. But continue to have patience and GUESS WHAT ? P IS INS THE ALPHABET. At least its not R as in Rifleman. Just give him a break. You can see that he is workin at it as much as he can.

I have to admit, despite being extremely patient with the devs I was a little dismayed on how long it had been since a dev had posted in this forum...seeing a couple posts today from TH no matter how small made me feel a lot better that we the least popular profession are not completely forgotten.
