Didn't they say those fixes would be in in the next two months about two or so months ago? And two months before that? And two months before? And in Beta 1, 2 and 3?

First off great post atimes..thats the one thing that drives me to the point of murder as well....


ok now to TH did you even read anything writen here? What atimes said that you guys do is exactly what you just did with this canned response. AND we know this already.....We have been told this for 6 months!!!!!!...we get the point.


All we are asking for is specifics,, you dont have to comit to them either say something like this.


"We know you HAM costs are high, and the team has kicked around the idea of lowering them for you"


Ok so the kicked around part is a maybe, no hard commitment, but, your being specific enough about a issue or change that we would be happy as hams to here soemthing like that.


or try this one,


"We are going to give you new weapons and are toying with a force lance, and moving the Scyth to your profession, with this push(myabe next publish) it will also take care of your weapon range mods, but sad to say only on newlycrafted ones "


Ok agian the word toying implies a maybe, no difinative decisoiin has been made, but specifics have still been given, major ++++++'s


This can be used for the entire SWG Forums as well, not just here, you would have 70% less rants/whines ect...


"Some really cool changes are coming soon..." tells us nothing....


"Changes to your HAM's are coming with the Combat publish, and we are thinking of lowering them as well" tells us something...please, please!!!!!one!!1!! Make an effort to change the way these canned response are.


If you reply which I doubt you will, not being mean I just dont think you will, please dont give me that whole "Its hard sometmes to give you guys information,....." line I have read it to many times from you..


If you simply add specificcs on possiblechanges, and state that they are not definate, then, well we would have world peace.....

As others have said...we've heard it all before. It would probably be better to say nothing at all at this point. We all read the patch notes and if you actually do something, we'll read it there. None of these issues with this profession are new and none of them have been a priority from go-live until now. Because there are very few Pikeman there is little to be gained or lost by fixing these issues when considering the total player population. As unfortunate as that is, itis true.


I know this post is rather subversive in its tone but I've reached my saturation point with these responses that are dangledlike carrotsbefore us,which describe nothing, promise everything and deliver naught but frustration.

Ladies and Gentle-Pikers, we just have our first difiniative answer from a dev! Any plans for changes to Pikeman will not be in Jan or Feb.

I think your a little off, at master:


PVP: Speed is number one problem


PVE: Ham is Number one problem


Accuracy is pretty much not an issue once you get up the combat xp tree, but imho it shoudl be +10 or 15 in each box not 0 20 0 20
