ok i looted a corsec ID badge. has anyone ever heard of it? its it garbage loot? is it somehting speciel?

Not sure about a random loot, but that item is used in Borvo's quest.
If you dont know Borvo, go to the back of the cantina in Moenia. Its the begining of the quests that will lead you to Huff Darklighter.
