Nice tips everyone!

My problem is that everything seems to happen so fast that I get excited and flustered, then hit my hotkeys too many times and my combat queue gets full of junk.

To answer Gabrielsword's question, I am Master Pikewoman, Master Medic. Also Novice Carbineer, but I am dropping the carbine skills as I gain new brawler skills. I am planning on going for Master Brawler for the Warcry2 and Intimidate2.

Another question, what kind of weapons are best for pvp? Should I be using a fast VL, damaging LVA, or something in between? I do not have any Nightsister weapons at this time.

Great idea Matatodos only one problem.

I can't get or afford Nightsister lances.

I'm in a small family PA.. not a 100 person monster with 10 weaponsmiths and 3 armorsmiths to make me bleeding edge weapons and top of the line armor. How exactly am I supposed to compeate against you with your two lances that can stack every state when my only advantage is that I'm a Doctor and I can self buff and heal most of those states.. Oh wait.. you can go get buffs also and all you have to do is requip your lance and reapply that state.

(I'm not even going to go into trying to fight against defense stackers, the fabled combat pass will 'fix' these.. I MIGHT give PvP another try then.)

The pikes really aren't that hard to get. Get a few friends together and head off to dathomir. Hang around the nightsister POIs outside and you'll find more than you know what to do with. Yesterday a group of 6 of us spent about 1.5 hours killing them and ended up with 4 lances. Just stay away from the elders in a small group (there are a few other medium level nightsisters you'll generally want to aviod in small groups) and you'll be fine.
