Ya but just think with all those claps you can be one styling Pikeman with your apron.....
Maybe I can just be a really bad chef and just like make the nightsisters eat my cooking and watch them drop to the ground choking to death on my biscuits of death (also doubles as heavy munitions when thrown at someones head)

Minor clarification for you Pikers out there:

Potency is not the strength of a poison or disease. Potency is its percentage chance to hit. Something with a 70% potency will land 7 out of 10 hits. Something with a 232 potency will ALWAYS hit. Something with a 101 potency will also always hit...unless they have poison resistances etc.

The STRENGTH of a poison or disease is based on the "strength" attribute shown on the weapon. Or the "effectiveness" of a poison or disease pack that a combat medic uses.

You really got screwed on damage on the DOT considering thats an (Exceptional.)

For example

Now THATS exceptional. I would expect others with the (Exceptional) tag to be as such.

Genuine query - What use really are 40str diseases, I take it str is like damage no? I use a few poisons which are about 200ish.. but like the ns energy lance 40/40 health/con doesnt really seem great, what use is it really?

the disease causes 40 wounds every tick...

I've also noticed that if you land the disease on someone, and they fail to get it cured...the longer they have the disease the stronger the tick..

I'm not sure if strength of the tick is related to time or number of times you hit them with the disease stick though.

As for this lance, staveeno emailed me the details ingame as I am the biggest collector of DOT weapons on Bloodfin, the only good thing about this lance is the poison dot, you would never use this over an LVA in pvp.
