This isnt exactly an exploit but it is cheep. Its not just happening with axvka but every high end loot poi. Its been called precission loading, where at the exact second something spawns in chests or a npc shows up the character logs in, loots or kills the npc and logs out.

while the situation you described is not an exploit, there is arifleman exploit in the cave where the rifleman stakes out a spot near the top of the cave, where it's possible to target and attack. then, using covershot, he/she picks off axkva's mind bit by bit. if done right, axkva and her cronies get stuck right on a wireframe border. then the rifleman's buddy (normally see a swordsman) picks off the protectors one by one and the only risk they take is the mobs between the enterance ond axkva. despite numerous tickets, conversations with CSR's, screenshots and even a freaking video of this happenning, the single rarest NPC is still exploited to death all the time. and for the love of all things sacred, dev's, let us pike kiddies hurt the mob that drops what's needed for (however crappy) our weapon!!

Or what you could do to avoid all the crap is, /takeCover then mind shot 2. Tell the rifleman to run and as soon as the bleed ticks Axkva and only axkva agros the rifleman. All the swordsman has to do is /taunt her of them. If this is exploiting then getting a doc alt and buffing yourself is exploiting too.
