Well, from what everyone is saying, I'm going to guess that I'll never get one of these. But just in case the chance to try and kill the queen does arise.....
My guildmates and I have heard from someone that you need a master Weaponsmith with you to even be able to loot the schematic. Is this true, or is it just some false info thatwe were told to try and preventus from even trying to get one?

You don't need the weponsmith there when you loot the schematic. You just have to get up at server reset and log with a group on dath for awhile till she drops it. Don't give up, it just takes time and planning. With the TKA wepon being delayed there are less people there in the morning.

ive heard on several occasions that you can loot the parts from any elder....yes ive read the wholethread and i know that you have to loot it from the Queen herself butsomeone said it has changed since the release. And not to mention everone one of these people are not pikeman... just want to NSEL because "it would be sorta cool" or "in casei ever have to do pikeman for holo"
is this true??

I find it pretty ironic that the NPC we need to kill is entirely resistant to all dmg we can do without already having the NS:EL.
So we would need to use another combat type (Swordsman/Rifleman) to kill the beasty.
Still "I gotta get me one o' these!"

the only times i used mine is when i first had it made and beat up some mokk rockshapers, and when i hit3'd an elder for a whoppin 152 damage, which depressed me enough to put it away
not sure if that was the high end or low though
