DoT's trigger every 8 'tick's', with the duration being 359s divide that by 8 equals 44 triggers of the poison. 44 times the strength which is 842 equals 37048 and that's the amount of damage it does. Have a nice day.

Poison dot's tick every 10 seconds, disease every 40, so you would get 35 ticks, the damage would be around 30k action dot from 1 hit...

Hi Looted a pretty decent Long Vibro Axe from a nighsister today, it still unsliced and hoping for a 30+% damage slice

Oh, but that's with a powerup. Without it's 320-1177 Dmg.

And it also have a Poison Action DoT of 174, tho the potency sucks big time (5%) .
