After Atimes' post this morning, I checked out the Scythe post. I couldn't beleive that changes had been made to accuracy mods so quickly, when we had been asking for them for months. I shot of a PM to TH, and then decided to post a /rant.

Thanks to Gabe, the /rant was turned into a good thread, and it got attention.

I am now VERY pleased to announce that Pikeman has recieved it's first major victory in the Battle For Fixes.

I have just been informed that the negative accuracy mods on the Long Vibro Axe, as well as the Vibro Lance, have been changed.

On top of this, there are changes to the Energy Lance....I'm not permitted to give the specific numbers, but I will say it has been certed to our profession, it gets light armor piercing, and the range/HAM mods have been changed.

Wow! I'm floored. This is great news, we've been waiting for these to be fixed since July, and finally, finally we're getting it. At long last, we'll have truly better accuracy! And the energy lance changes are a bonus, too. Wow!

As I understand it, these will be going on to test center as part of publish 6

I also need to add that these changes are not necessarily permanent, they will most likey change as part of the combat pass....but even if they change, they won't be negative changes

um, i just started the hologrind on pikeman, and im a slow grinder so i might as well be actually living the pikeman life for a while, and i gotta say, this is awesome.

now someone tell this pikeman n00b what an energy lance is.
