heya all. I just mastered pikeman and would like to know if there's anything other than the NS chick that drops stuff weapon smiths can use to make us better weapons. I've heard some of Nym's people do but are they worth it? Also do the polearm damage attachments make a difference for us, or are they not that great? For example a polearm damage 7 armor attachment, will this make a big difference or just add 7 pts of damage to what i'm already doing? thanks much for any help.

P.S. sorry if thishas already been asked and answered

if you have a 300 dmg lance & use a polearm dmg +7 attachment, it would be like a 307 dmg lance & ns drop the actual pike not vibro units except akxva which you won't be killin' i'm guessin'

thanks, for the answer, that's kinda what i thought for the damage attachments. I know Akxva drops the scemetic and units for the NS lance but does anything else drop components for regular player made weapons? And going actually going to visit her tomorrow night, thought i'd stop by and say high, maybe talk her into giving me the scematic.

ok, let me ask this then, would i see a noticeable difference in damage with say a polearm damage +7 attachment, or very little? I'm trying to find out if they're really worth it or just a little something extra. Thanks

A +7 isn't really worth it, but a +7, +5, +2, +2, +3, and a +6 all combined to make +25 would be most definitely worth it.

so a +x damage only adds x damage to te weapons damage rrange right ? does it add to both minimum and maximum ?

speed, accuracy and damage tapes are your best friends. and block .... well.. i dont bother with them.

Polearm evasion does not work! I will repeat.

POLEARM EVASION DOES NOT WORK!!

It is a left over skill from beta. It was taken out of the game before release but the SEAs still have it on there. They are worthless.

how about 2-handed evasion ? does it work ? i know its not the swordsman forums but sicnce we picked up the subject ....
