Anyone interested in organizing a Galactic pikeman protest focues around one Server please leave your email addresses below - if the Wookies can sit in Theed and win armor, then we damn well should be able to win a profession fix.

Normally I oppose strongarm tactics like this but, you know what, it's this or quit the game entirely and I think SOE would rather have my $15.

It's one thing to have a profession that is lacking but to go so far as to string the members of that professionalong withthe promise of a fix in the near future (i.e. "combat pass") and then yank the rug out from underneath them by pushing the fix back indefinitely is so despicable that it defies logic and any sort of common decency.

Everyone knows pikeman is borked. Im sure many non-pikemans would like to get involved.

I'll do it. If people had readMY thread from a few days ago, I suggested that. But there are a LOT more Wookiees than there are pikemen. I should know. I'm both.

The key to doing this is going to be advertising - we need to post in every main server forum and all the profession forums and we need to bump the posts every day till we do it.

So how about Saturday the 24th @ 7pm EST?

And the other thing is we have to agree on what we're asking for.

I'd say we ask for three things.

1. A "stun" type damage weapon to facilitate our usefulness in pvp.
2. To give us a specialized role as a "crowd control" tank with higher defense mods and more powerful or specialized area attacks that give bonuses when attacking multiple targets but not against single targets.
3. A revamp of the NSEL to give it higher min and max damage and AP3 or else make the vibromotors spawn more often.

Yes, I'd be up for it.
