yah, exceptional and legendary are dropped by the high end mobs like Krayts, Kimogilas, Nightsisters, MountainClans, JediMasters, etc... Just another reason to go hunt them, besides the fun of the challenge that is

that pike is awesome! ive got you beat on damage though, the max damage on my LVAis 1777, powers up to 1300. Fun stuff, i would kill to have the speed and HAM's on yours though
