Oh no, it's so very very right... I'm as fast as a TKM w/ any VL, just need to get my LVA up to speed. 1.3 sec isn't good enough. I must attack every 1.0 sec!

Does anyone have the link to the weapon speed calculator website tool thingy 
i had it a while ago but lost it in my history :/ all i have is a +1 speed tape atm. am saving them up

What kinds of things should i kill to find some halfway decent skill tapes? So far I have looted all of one tape, and it was +5 two handed melee accuracy. I got that off the smoldering corpse of a rebel commando that spawned for one of my missions, and I haven't seen anything from them since.

They dont get one +25, they get multiple ones that add up to 25.

Yup, get multiple ones. I'm up to +13 using +1s, +2s, and +3s. I just need to findone more+3 so I'll be at +91 overall, and hit the 1 sec speed cap w/ all specials using my 4.5 LVA.

I buy mine. Most people don't want them or don't think they can extort 100k+ for the, so they sell them very cheaply. Search around for skill mod vendors, you might get lucky.

i just bought a +6 pike acc for 100k, b/c he says it's rare to find a pikeman so he needs to sell it quick

I really haven't bothered with accuracy. I suppose it's because I tend not to PvP, but I dunno. I should probably look around for them, just trying to concentrate on speed and damage.

My speed comes from my lance, which has a +18 polearm speed built in (and a +10 counterattack) then I also have a couple +1/+2 tapes in my clothing
