After searching for about 2 weeks for a weaponsmith with a schematic, i have finnaly found a weaponsmith who had an extra one kicking around. 6 ns vibro motors later and a fair sum, here is it!

And thought my 300 damage 3.1 LVA rocked all creation. By the way, Congratulations, you now posess one of the hardest to find weapons in the game. Must...Resist...urge...to...steal...NSEL...

congrats on your NEL, glad that you finally aquired one, now when you look at the stats realize is LIGHT AP and that it doesn't have much more than 300 dmg, no look at your lva and compare. . .

Novice Pikemen underestimate the NSEL everytime, sure it has lower damage and is Light AP, BUT and this is a huge point its damage type is unique in that it has a ENERGY attack vector which is not something to underestimate. When you meet mobs that are 100% resistant to Kinetic (LVA and so on) and 100% resistant to Electric (VL) it is usually cool to see a weakness in the creatures armor to Energy. In this situation the NSEL has allowed me to stand toe to toe with these types of creatures and loot them. Oh and on another point it just looks great in combat specials with red tracers woooohoooo.
