Thread: Energy Lance is BS, Don't waste your time

I got a ns energy lance and I gotta say, I am very angry with the stats. I got a 33% damage slice and it came out to [email protected]. I have tons of LVAs better than this. It has two DoTs, but they are super weak. The only good thing about this lance is that it is energy damage and you get lots of attention in starports. It emmits blue lightning in starports and red lightning when in combat, but for the difficulty in optaining it, this thing should be like 600-800 damage unsliced and have at least one DoT that is good! My 2 cents.
(the queen has 400k hams for God's sake!)

weak? yes. imposible to get? yes. not worth the trouble to get? yes...

well i went earler on today to the stronghold killed the queen the to elders and everything else there and all we got was 1 crapy lances with a useles dot lol

welcome to my world, i have been killing her every morning i can manage for about 3 weeks straight now... i have leather, i have clasps, i have a collection of the worst LVA's i have ever seen, and i am about 3,000 credits richer... i hate this game some times

Good! It should be near-impossible to get! That way the lances stay rare and you stay "uber" when you use the lance. Otherwise everyone would have a 500 dmg 2.0 speed mind fire lance (I made those stats up) and nobody would even care anymore.

I understand all of that, but it took me forever, with the help of a great weaponsmith and some others, to get this thing, and I spent lots of time and money to have it made, and I was expecting something better. Yes it looks cool and it is good afterall, but not good enough for the trouble of obtaining it. Don't get me wrong, this post is just me whining about the stats , but I still love it cause it looks like the cyclops's spear from "KRULL" lol.

You think a 421 damage 3.9 speed weak disease dot lance makes you "uber"? That's the impossible to get thing he's talking about after all.
Aside from it looking cool, nobody cares now.

I guess he must not be master, otherwise, why the hell would u want a speed slice on this bad boy? Even with my 33 or 32% damage slice its only 421. If it was at least 420, then it would be symbolic lol.

A lot of it depends on the vibro units you get. Mine is 333 @ 2.8 speed unsliced., 0/+33/0 accuracy mods.

dont know what you thought it would come out like imec, but i stack 250 str diseases in pvp after a few hits, in const aswell offcourse, other than that it is a collectors item, and arent really meant for doing pve, and the dots are this pikes strenght, anyway why bother with a 700 dmg pike in a pvp where ur opponent wears a 90% comp armor.
Doing a spin spin attacks on some 5 ppl in a pvp with this pike is a great support for your team, since they will be out of action for a while after a few clones due to the wounds etc.
