Thought this was kinda cool. The other night when I shuttled into Dathomir/Science outpost I was overt.Two Imps ganked me.One was a master BH the other was a pistoleer or something. After I cloned I told the master BH to duel me. His reply was " You wanna die again?". He was fully buffed and all I had was some Muon Gold. The duel starts and for some reason even though I was standing there with a NS lance in my hand and my tag said "expert Pikeman" he starts the duel about 15m from me. I hit him with PolearmLunge2/Warcry2 swithced to flamethrower and flamesingle2. The NS lance hit him with disease and fire dot. Then the flamesingle2 stacked. After that i just watched him BBQ.

man...you over killed

i dueled a master and he started 20m from me...i did cob before i excepted...he missed twice then i kd/warcry/leghit3/leghit3 and it was over ...there defnse mods are too low to last in pvp

What do the idiots expect. They started the duel in melee range.

I was almost Master Bounty Hunter before they made the XP easiar to get. The only reason I went to holo-grinding after being going towards/playing bounty hunter since day 1, was because how bad bounty hunter is. The only profession I can find more bugged, is pikeman.

Same ... I was MBH too ... (and NO I'm not an Holo pikeman)

Totaly agree ... MBH is a bugged profession too ... but pikeman is worst ...

As a former Master BH i must disagree. Pikeman rox BH. Not only can i stand toe to toe with an enemy and have defense mods that are actually high enough to affect anything, but as i said in a previous post "There is just something more to melee"

WHile it may not be the uber l337 class of the game. the fun factor alone is the best part about pikeman

And with the build i just gave up it can be a nice pvp class.

Master Pikeman, Master Brawler (lunge2, warcry 2 are too good to let go) TK 0303. Fencer 4220.. im thinking that was the fencer may have only been 4210 not sure. too late

The added defenses rocked and after i complete my artisan and entertainer masteries. im heading back to the best (not uberest) proffesion, pikeman.

I've killed a MBH before (I am a master pikeman)

25m out, Burst Run, Sweep, dizzy, done

he had very little action left after spamming moves lol

ATM, anything with Doc 4000 is pretty good.
You have a decent build, High damage move's from swordsmen with pike debuffs and healing from doctor.
With the right foods, buffs, and armor you should do well.

That is my template, works well.

4xxx doc isn't even needed unless you wanna fight jedi and you'll need the infuison, but all you wanna do with pikeman is run indtimation and Warcry and you shouldn't be hurt but this is comming from a Master Pikeman Master Teris Kasi, Noivce Doctor (I have FS trees filled and be jedi in 2 weeks that why I don't have the 4xxx doc )
