Once a weapon goes below 25% condition the damage on the weapon goes down. In theory.
That LVA is under 23% condition.
A good repair (pray, sacrifice a goat to the elder gods, whatever you need to do to get a good repair these days) should bring the stats back up.
You may have a 900+ damage weapon there.
What did you loot it from?

Some people say repair has been borked since publish 7, some say its just fine. I'm with the side that says its utterly **edit**ed. I have a house full of things that I need to repair, but won't, because of the ridiculous failure rates I experience.

There is a WS on Kauri with full repair mods and attachments. I have had many weapons repaired by him, including ones with less than 150 condition and he has never failed on one of mine yet.

There's just far more questions than answers when it comes to repairing. No one knows whether "Repair" or "Armor/Weapon/Clothing Repair" tapes work(tests have been inconclusive). On top of that, no one knows if there is a "drop off" point for which the repair chance is drastically reduced. It's utterly retarded. Who knows, maybe it will be addressed in the mythical Combat Rebalance.

My belief is that this is done purposely by the devs.
They want people to lose weapons. They want all the multi/double sliced weapons gone. They want all our uber looted weapons (that conveniently always come in shoddy condition) to break on repair.
They want old weapons gone, and they want people to buy all new stuff.
Same goes with armor. They want all the current 'good' armor to break (quickly), so that when they do the weapon/armor fixes, none of it will be left.
