hehe, well as soon as I got my Speeder I went for the gravyard and found a Giant Canyon Krayt waiting for me. So... I get buffed and bitching and start off the battlewithmy usual rutine:

Then, as I stack my bleeds and do my monkeydance with spamming Leghit3s I notice something new... The Krayt is loosing close to nothing from its actionPool. Needless to say I started tryin to KD the thingie, but I ended up in a KD & Dizzie situation. As I lay dead on the groundI decided to see how much our bleeds would take off the beast. You can see how much I managed to damage the Krayton this screenie.

guess the 300 000 HAM works as a charm and that my soloing Krayts days are over. Oh, and yes: Damage mitigation is a joke

Hehe, well, if you had to apply stacked bleeds twice before when they had 30k HAM, now you'll have to re-apply the bleeds 20 times!

Although I'm sad I won't be able to solo krayts, kimos, etc. anymore, I'm looking forward to it all, because now there are real challenges - you can't do everything solo anymore. Evidently, all the top-end mobs have been bumped up, kimos, krayts, dark jedi, peko albatrosses...sounds like more fun to me. I'm actually quite happy about this change. I think.

And about damage mitigation...Our weapons have a good-sized min-max range, even more so when you get it damage sliced, so fighting against other melee classes, especially those with low min-max differences *cough*TKATKATKA*cough* will be even more difficult than before.

That first screenie is actually pretty funny (and the way it should be)

A huge lizard running after you and you running screaming all the while.

Like all healthy Krayts this one needed it's daily iron supplements.

hehe, yes.. it was fun, but now it'll be even more fun! I mean, beeing forced into creating groups in order to take on high lvl mobs. Just hope the "/notify items on" is working so we don't get the ninja-looters... those guys are one of the main reasons I soloed the Krayts.

oh, yes.. the Krayts DON'T like speeders, so be sure to park the bike way back. AFter it had killed me off, it turned on my speeder.. destroying it in one or two hits... and I was having so much fun speedin around.. oh well

yah, and ones my warcry stick you're it for a good 45 seconds

well with the update this game took a turn towards anarchy online as far as loot goes.

The few items with actuall value that drops in this game used to be soloable, now you have to group.

With grouping comes ninja looting, and griefing... i must admit that i liked it the way it was although it wasnt as realistic as it should be... atleast it was more fun(imho)

This game used to be unique in the way that you actually could accomplish anything in the game solo, those days are over. or so it seems atleast...

dont knowwhat the rest of you feel about it, but i for one dont want this game to turn into everquest or anarchy online.
