Thread: 2 Hour and 9 Second Buff Duration

Just wondering if this is common for all musicians. I seem to have a cap at 2 hours and 9 seconds for all my buffs now. Does everyone else get this same max duration? Has anyone been able to get over this? The only reason I ask is because I thought that 2 hours 0 seconds was the top anyone could go. If 2 hours 9 seconds is the max, it seems a little random to add those 9 seconds in there.
Anyway, I look forward to hearing anyone's thoughts on the matter.

Yes, I can give a buff in 6 minutes, and its for 2hours and 9seconds. I dont know whats up with it :/

Cool.. does an increase in duration of the buff, justify making it more expensive... like 20k instead of 10? hehe

I think the price you charge is your choice based upon what you think your time is worth and the demand for the buff. I don't really tie it to the duration of the buff. Then again, I generally only buff guildmates.
As far as the actual buff duration. I just wanted to see if everyone else was getting a 2 hour and 9 second time. Like I said above, I think the extra 9 seconds is random unless there's something I'm missing.

Yeah.. was just making fun with the price. I'd never charge 20k for a musician buff. 10k max no matter if its 2 hours or 2 hours and 9 seconds lol

As a Master Musician I could give Mind buffs better than Muon Gold and the longest one lasted roughly 2 hours and 45 minutes!!! My guildmates can approve!!!

Not that I don't believe you, but do you have a screenshot of that? The longest I've ever seend them last is 2 hours (and 9 seconds).

No sorry no screenies of it.....The last time I was Master Musician was before the Buff Meter Patch. I tested it by word of mouth from at least two of my guildmates that I can recall. Once I get out of Hell, I mean Iraq, and I get home to Master Musician again I will try to get a screenie of it!!!
