I like teh cantina to be somewhat orderly. It might just be me. I'm really tired of ppl coming into teh cantina withe a creature of some kind. Then someone sees that and feels the need to pull out there bigger creature. I wouldn't really have a problem with this but the extra bodies add aditional lag which for ppl out of country is really bad news. Also the creatues are usually bigger than the whole building meaning it's the way of everthing. So ppl can see who or what to target for heal and tips. Problem number 2 is that ppl duel in cantina. This is only annoying cause it takes away tips. Yesterday the 2 guys fighting made 5k in tips while i mad 500cr. I know it's a bar and ppl fight in bars, but what bartender or band wants a bar fight wreaking there set or there atmosphere. the biggest problem with this is I always come out the bad guy for asking ppl to put it away, or telling ppl to plz stop fighting. I just feel like ppl don't think we deserve repect. Like this class is pointless in the game. If anyone has thought of a way to deal with this plz let me know.

I take a simple solution--someone brings out a large pet indoors, I stop playing.

It is occasionally useful to remind people that their battle fatigue is not *necessarily* my problem.

I agree with Arashiko. Convince the rest of the band to do the same thing. When the customers ask why you stopped, just tell them its because we dont like trouble makers in our cantina. Then the people doing wrong get spammed till they stop or leave

No one deserves respect because of their profession. If you want respect, you have to earn it. In my experience the best way to earn respect is to dish it out.

Don't complain about the fights, that's very normal and very COOL in a cantina. Don't worry about tips, you aren't going to get any big tips asking for them. Don't make a fuss about the animals, that will be fixed so that they can't go into buildings (I believe this is already on Test?).

Play, and chat a lot. Be entertaining and be visible. Even if they can't see your toon they can see your chat.

And invite the docs. They can easily see who to heal and target them regardless of how many Rancors are pacing about if the docsare in your group.

I did cut and paste. I meant more that I had to repost it than actually retype the whole thing . Also I never ask for tips that is rude. I'm just saying I had to work for my master musician just like everyone had to earn there master tamer or whatever. Ppl just don't treat ent in general right.

When the cantina's not busy small pets are fine. Huge pets that heads stick up 10 feet over the roof of the cantina while doing tricks that rock the floor aren't. Small pets get scooby snacks rancors get a /scared emote and a I'm sorry guys that thing scares me too much to continue my dancing I'm going to have to leave ifit stays here.

Bar room fights are disruptive but as long as you keep them off the center of the dance floor and away from the doors no problem. Fights that are on top of me will get eww blood makes the floor slippery and I fall enough please don't fight here. If they are disruptive enough then I'll go do something else with my time I don't need the experience from healing your mind wounds after you disrupted my dance with you duel.

The sad thing is that I make more money with my novice entertainer than I do with my novice weaponsmith. Mind you I barely have any fixed costs like harvesters, but my bank account is always healthier.

My trick is to be nice. That easy. If you chat with the people when they come in, crack a few jokes, and always thank them for tipping, you won't have to worry about tips. I've made plenty of money during duels also, like it was posted earlier make yourself visible. If you look like you're AFK you will get NO tips.

The only time where the tips get bad is when there's too many musicians/ dancers on the floor. People don't know who to tip so they don't tip anybody. Their wounds get healed so fast anyways that they're in and out within a minute.

Got a band full of tough fighters in our local cantina, if anyone messes around they get invited to duel a musician, and then get their asses handed to them with a smile.

Then again, it is a player-made cantina and if we dont like someone they get ejected, no fuss

I have a creature handler on one server, a musician on another.

My pet often needs mind wounds healed. Currently I do NOT have the skill needed to heal them myself. So when I got listen to teh band my pet comes iwth me. I'm sorry if it really bothers you but what else are we supposed to do?

My pets are small and don't bother anyone and perhaps you could request the CH to take his pet to the back of the bar, out of the way. But trying to ban pets altogether is a bit mean spirited. Pets need healing like anyone else. Until I can heal fluffy he has to come to the cantina with me to get healed.

As a musician I have fun with teh pets. If it look scary I'll shriek and cower behind its owner (usually gets a laugh out of the owner) If its cute I'll emote hugging it and sneaking it treats and trying to hide it somewhere and take it home.

Have fun with the critters and relax. Their masters will appreciate your understanding.
