Whats the new Register on a planitary map skill do?

It marks the cantina on the planetary map (ctrl-v) with a different icon, so players know that there's someone in that cantina. Med centers have the same thing. Canina's without anyone (at least without anyone who has that ability and uses it) are marked with a parenthesis like character.
