Hello im new to the entertainer class. I decided to give it a try. It looked like a fun, social, break from my droid shop on bloodfin.


I tried to run a search on this but couldnt find anything conclusive. Why can we not just upload mp3s and play them for ppl in the game? Then we would not be reliant on the devs to make songs for us.


Im thinking this could be available for master musicians only. Im sure this has been talked abt but I wanted to hear it from you all.

It's a good idea, but SWG would get the heck sued out of them from song copyright issues. All the issues with online song-swapping would apply here, too.

Claja said it. Actually, during beta the devs said they tried to get some form of music-composition into the game, but the lawyers advised strongly against it. Much as I wish we could import a wider array of songs, I am not surprised.
