Thread: Aspiring Master Musician with a few questions

Sorry if they've already been answered in other posts...
This is my first time working on entertainer professions and I was looking for some advice on everything to do with musician.
- What is the fastest way to grind from Novice Musician?
- Are there any instrument vendors on the server?I noticed I could play a fizz at musicianship 2 but not make a fizz until 3
- What kind of skill tapes are available and what do they run for?
Anything else you can suggest including ways to make money, etc.

When I was referring to the server I meant Intrepid. Looking for some instrument vendors since I don't think I can make half of them yet. If anyone else has any other suggestions let me know.

Unlike dancers who get more xp for higher dances, we get more xp for higher instruments. So it doesn't matter what song you play. You are also going to want to join a group. Different servers have different city hotspots where people play where you can join a group.
Once you hit novice musician, my suggestion would be to work up music knowledge before music tech, as it gives you the ability to use more instruments. A lot of people afk macro their way up entertainer professions. If you want to do that, then that is your personal preference.
I'm not sure about any vendors on Intrepid. You can generally find instruments on the bazaar. If not, usually a musician will make them for you. They don't take much materials. Good luck.
