I was wondering, since you require a Master Musician/dancer/Chef to place a Cantina, can a Cantina be transfered to someone else once it has been placed?

Only to someone who is a master dancer/musician/chef.

You can, however, surrender Musician skills once you've placed your cantina.

But if you do /transferstructure the target has to be of the appropriate profession and skill level.
