Hi, I'ma new master musician and was wondering how to get the factional bonus to my buffs. I already have a detachment headquarters and am overt and have registered location, but am still only getting 100% buffs. Any help would be greatly appreciated.....

we were talking about that to the devs this past weekend. Are the people you are trying to buff overt as well?

does that mean if i have 125% for everyone that i will have 150% for faction? or perhaps 156%? (125% + (125%/4))

Probably 150%...
But has anyone gotten the factional bonus? All the devs said was that they know the code is in there (And not commented out - I asked.
) but have never personally tried it.

At one point in time, it was in fact working...sometimes... and by my math, the bonus was base x 125%, not base +25, but it seemed sketchy and didn't work everytime. I had the best chance of success when both are overt, the performer is registered, and ... (god I hope it isn't really coded like this)... the recipient was also registered (happened to be a doc.) One time, we did this with 2 audience members, simultaneously, passive buff, all things the same, except one audience member was a doc who was registered in the base, and the other wasn't... the doc got the uber buff, the other received the normal buff. All this took place months and months ago... I have no idea how things are working these days.
