Alright, I just made Master Musician Today, and I am almost completely lost. Here are a few things that are happening to me, and I'm hoping the more experianced people here can help:
-Can Someone please give me a detailed description of how to apply a buff on someone?
-When I'm playing an instrument such as a Narlargon, I suddenly stop for no apparent reason?
-Virtuoso? Is that the song i play to buff people, and how is it done?
I know this must sound foolish, but I really need your help, thanks.

The narlargon and omni box must continue to be targetted for you to continue to play them.

Any song can be used to convey a buff.

It doesn't sound foolish, but it sounds like you have not really been playing the game as you advanced. The lack of player experience in the game resounds.
I am going to give you the benefit of the doubt though, it is just as likely that you have been mostly alone in your advancement. These questions also come frequently and are part of the musician info stickies at the top of the musician forum. Most musician and entertainer game mechanics have been thoroughly covered orare being researched.
To apply a buff... -click here-
Furniture like instruments that get placed before you play them, i.e. nalargon, ommni box. Those ones, you must keep them targeted in order to prevent the sudden stops. You can untarget them for a moment or two, but any longer then that and you will end up stopping.
You can buff with any song, the higher level songs are supposedly better then others. But there is very little noticeable difference between them.
I hope you find this all usefull. Have fun and good luck, young master.
