yes, you just cant move it again. I droped music, now im grinding chef. then i can pick it up again when im master chef and re-place it.

(chefs get cantinas too)

I do know that transferring the structure to a non-master who can't placea cantina won't work. I tried it and it said the player must know such-and-such skill to own a cantina.

I'm going to add a FAQ entry about this, because this question comes up with regularity. And yes, you can keep the cantina -- you just can't move or otherwise re-place it.
