Yep, to get the Mandoviol and the song Ceremonial, you must be a Master Entertainer. Master Musician alone doesn't qualify you for either the mando or the song.

I'm going for Master Musician, but not necessarily Master Entertainer. Can I still play the Mandoviol? It looks like the only place you get it is as Master Entertainer.
