Thread: Ok, Master Musician, Master Entertainer is done, quick question.
Ive finally finished off macroing master musician, master entertainer. Where is the best place to afk play for tips?

I think I'm going to have to lean towards trolling on this one. While there is a fine line between brilliant irony and blatant stupidity, true satire gives you enough hints to let you in on the joke. Boy,i sure am glad that I got that marco thing off teh net. I didn't even want a bard, but I clicked the wrong toon when i made my character, and the game wouldnt let me make a new one. So as long as i was stuck with it, i figured i might as well be the most l33t rocker i could. I killed a bunch of butterfly things, but never dinged my musician. I posted a bug on this in the GAT board, and someone said somethign about "music exp" you get when playing. Well, I din't beleive it at first, but figgured the sax thing i had mustbe good for something, since hitting mobs with it didn't do much.
And even after I started playing, nothing happened. Some lamer started griefing me, kept telling me I had to "flourish". Well, that's when I checked some secret hackerz bordz for some triks. First, I found out that there's a spot in the cantina where the xp comes from, right at the bottom of the stairs. If you stand there, you get the xp before anyone else. Next, this guy showed me how to set up a marco to get the uba skillz. I got it wrong a few times, cause SWG don't have copy/past (**still** broken no matter how many times I posted the bug on the roleplaying board).and sinceI don't need it no more, here it is:

I didnt know what the flour has to do with it, must bea hand-out to those chefs i saw something about. WHen i kept asking about it, the guy who sent it to me finaly said being generous like that will open my force **edit**. cant wait to get my hands on that jedi ho!!1!
and theres that whole dance and hairdo thing thats needed to get the master entertainer. Well, homey don't play that **edit** crap. but my mom^H^H^Hmodel girlfriend felt like playing around with it, so eventually JediKilla (my character)was master entertainer and master musician.
but even with asking in my macro, noonetips me.I check my bank account when I've got time to look at the game, and nothings goingin. i musta picked the cheapest city in the galaxy. so where do you guys go for teh phat cash?

Hmm, preview doesn't do the language filter, so a couple jokes got lost on submission.
For the first one, take the 'o' out of "slot" and replace with a 'u'. For the second, take a word that used to just mean "happy", and replace the 'a' with 'he'.
actually i do have a ME/MM (found a good spot to afk play for tips too) I macroed him while i slept and while i was at work.
The only reason I did this was because maybe someday they will make a master musician really do tons more, but take away the macroing part. So I made one just incase I might want to play one in the future.
I really did want a nest egg for him as well(have one now). The positive of me making a MM/ME was I now understand that all the tips go to the dental floss chicks, since most of the dweebs in cantinas think they will score irl if they throw em 500 credits or something. So when I get healed up in a cantina, since I have more appreciation for the class, I always tip the musician in favor of dancers.

p.s. the trick to afk macroing for tips is turn AFK off in options =)
Until recently, I had no macros at all on my Musician. Now I have a simple eight-flourish macro for quick trips to the bathroom. That's it. Otherwise, I'm always at the keyboard puffing on death sticks, drinking whiskey, flirting with members of the audience, doing my job.
Macro-ing isn't fun and isn't necessary.

HERE HERE! If your gonna be a musician, AND make money,YOU MUST BE THERE. IF i do have to use bathroom, etc., I just press some random F-keys, and do that thing quickly
no your right you cant afk macro the ID part, but utilizing a good group with master dancers and musicians in it, you can enhance your mind enough that it only takes an hour or so.
When I did ID i had 3000 mind 2700 focus and willpower. it took me an hour of extremely fast clicking(my wrist was sore)
