First off here's the scenario, I've got two accounts a Master Musician, Master Swordsman (not important). The other day I grouped with my musician, about a minute later I disbanded and stopped listening cause I had to go. Bam, full two hour buff.My MMhad no other enhancements, (i.e. food/tapes), just some +25 wound healing clothes. Anyway I thought that was weird.

So tonight I'm in Dathomir, and stopped into the cantina to get some healing (not from my char). I listened for maybe a minute (to a Master Musician), I never got a "Char directs their performance to you." I went outside and grouped with my dewbeck, and after grouping got the message you are too far away to hear.... Then bam, 2 hour full buff. What's up with that? Are the buffs free now? I was also watching a Master Dancer at the time but did not recieve a buff when I got the stop watch message.

BTW the first incident was before the patch.

I'll check into this more later. Let's do some testing and see what's going on. This seems like a passive buff bug to me. But it's not good news for Master Musicians if they are giving away their buffs for free (unknowingly).
